Immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel and cozy dining area made for a pleasant experience.
Noise from other guests and staff coming through thin walls created some disruptions during my stay. The single room's skylight felt claustrophobic, and the early morning sounds from the kitchen might bother late sleep enthusiasts. the hot water turning off mid-shower due to laundry issues was inconvenient, especially after being woken early for breakfast.

Comfortable stay with cozy, well-decorated rooms. Ideal for short visits, offering a nicely presented breakfast to kick off your day.
The only window in the Triple Room was a small skylight, which could feel claustrophobic during longer stays. Noise from the nearby road can be bothersome, especially if you’re sensitive to sounds while sleeping. The room size in general felt cramped for longer stays. not great for unpacking or spreading out belongings.

During my solo trip, I stayed for 1 night in a Double Room, which was conveniently located right on the main street of Puerto Natales. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the place, and the modern bathroom was a nice touch. The breakfast was great, especially with the fresh omelette made just for me, which was perfect for getting ready for my early adventure to Torres del Paine National Park.

During my stay, I enjoyed the cozy dining area and the immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel. However, the thin walls made it easy to hear noise from other guests and staff, which could be disruptive. The experience was comfortable, but the morning noise and bright light from the skylight were issues to consider.
